Sarasota, FL March 20 - REALTOR Liliya Chegrintseva has joined Wagner Realty's First Street Sarasota Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
She is fluent in both Ukrainian and Russian. Liliya moved to the United States and settled in Portland, Oregon where she enjoyed her eight-year career as a licensed esthetician.
Liliya always dreamed of coming to warmer climate and jumping into the aqua-blue waters of the Gulf Coast of Florida. In July 2022, she followed her dream, packed up and moved to the Sarasota area, where she became immediately attracted with real estate. She obtained her Florida real estate license in November 2022.

Bradenton, FL March 6 - REALTOR Jillian Kawecki has joined Wagner Realty's El Conquistador Office and will be providing real estate services in the Manatee and Sarasota County areas.
Jillian has Northeastern roots, having been born in Teaneck, NJ. She grew up in various towns along the New Jersey and New York border, including Oakland, New Jersey, and Warwick, New York. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Music in Studio Composition from the Conservatory of Music at SUNY Purchase College, and began teaching guitar and piano lessons, while performing rock music in New York City.
Jillian moved to Bradenton Florida in October 2017, and became a licensed real estate agent in September, 2020. She enjoys drawing and creative writing along with playing the guitar and visiting the local beaches all year-round.
